Goddess Time.... A full day of yoga, meditation, dancing, singing, playing in nature and sharing great food with a yummy vegetarian potluck buffet. Take time to connect with others on a deeper level and authentically with authentic relating. A day set a side to honour our Goddess connections, a sisterhood and nurturing what makes us unique, strong, beautiful and feminine. A place you can feel safe to be you, to explore and express your Goddess side and where you take time for self love.

Bring a friend, a sister, your yoga mat, your bathing suit, any instruments or noise makers to join in on the dancing and singing. Get playful, whimsical, mystical and dress up or bring clothes that tap into your Goddess energy. Bring a warm sweater for a nature walk and a journal. Bring a yummy vegetarian dish to share and anything else you'd like to offer or share with your fellow sisters.
