Stacey is a Certified Nutritional Counsellor. She is very passionate about wellness through many means including nutrition. Stacey is a big believer in, we are what we eat, so know what you are eating and don't use your mouth as a waste bin. She encourages healthy eating habits which nourish your body and gives you energy, rather than draining and depleting you.

Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated. Stacey keeps it fun and simple. Stacey is not a big promoter of fad diets, instead, she focuses more on life style changes that are attainable and enjoyable. You can also learn through hands on wellness workshops or on-line conference meetings which can be one on one or in a group setting. 

Stacey's focus in nutrition is helping you to have a healthy and happy gut. Many suffer from leaky gut syndrome which causes an array of symptoms and creates an imbalance with-in your body absorbing nutrients. You might eat well, but if your gut is not happy, your nutrients will go in and out without being absorbed.

All prices include HST and a receipt will be provided. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your treatment, to fill out any paperwork and discus your goals. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if your session has to be changed or canceled so we have the opportunity to offer that space to another.
