30-Day Love, Yoga and Wellness Challenge

The beginning of each new season is a great time to cleanse, de-clutter, detox, re-evaluate and re-boot. With spring in the air I encourage you to join us for a 30-Day Challenge. You will be added to a private Facebook group, where we will check in each day for new challenges, touching on Love, Yoga and Wellness. 

As a whole, will be encourage to share our ups and downs, the secrets to our successful moments, what works, what doesn't and we will cheer each other on as we march to Wellness. 

For less than 1 cup of coffee per day, invest in your self. Set a goal to complete this challenge and we will work together to make it happen.
