Yoga, Icebergs and Whale Watching, Let's Explore the Beauty of Newfoundland

Stacey L.A. Sinclair and Justine Hoang are beyond excited to explore the beauty of their own backyard. This Retreat will be offered at a unique facility. An old church, transformed to host events and retreats. It’s located in a quaint cove where we can easily venture out to explore icebergs and whales.

The facility has gorgeous wide open spaces, a great kitchen for community cooking and sharing of the meals. There is plenty of room to stretch it out in our yoga classes and many cozy areas for, you time.

Looking so forward to community cooking. Each day thee tribe will come together and share in the task of creating, loving, healthy, nutritious, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals and then enjoying them paired with some mindful meditation and deep meaningful conversations.

Stacey L.A. Sinclair is blazing a trail around the world sharing a message of Universal Love, Self Love, and Wellness as she teaches and shares True Yoga, all it’s paths and branches and that there is something for everyone, just give yoga a try and watch your life transform.

Stacey is all about community, unity, Oneness and helping people to love their life, how to thrive versus just survive, how to follow their passions and live a life on purpose.

Justine Hoang has been studying extensively with Sri Dharma Mittra for the past ten years, completing the 500-hour and 800-hour advanced teacher certification programs with him and acting as his teaching assistant at several prominent yoga festivals.

She teaches locally and often teaches in the US and Europe. Her knowledge of Dharma Yoga is complemented by her training accreditations in a number of other yoga lineages, including Ashtanga Yoga, Acro Yoga Montreal, and Akhanda Yoga.Her usual retreats are more of a Yoga Immersion as she packs the days full with her teachings and knowledge, so we will get a taste of that.

The days won’t be packed full, but just the right amount for you to rest, recharge, play, explore, and connect in unity, in community.

Justine also brings playfulness to her retreats with Acro and partner yoga, this is always a highlight and we’ll explore this.

Each day we will dive into yoga, the many branches, paths, meditation and all the juicy teachings you don’t get in a yoga class.

I will also share, Ilchi Lee’s Tao Teachings, a beautiful practice that compliments yoga.

Tao techniques are super fun, easy and very effective to connect and feel your energy body, your nadi's, meridians, chakras, and for you to become aware of your energy and to know how to refuel it.

We'll learn how to have a warm healthy belly and cool head for optimum health and you can feel this and we'll activate our brain and take it back!!

We will also learn to talk to our body, to have gratitude for it and have heartfelt conversations with your soul to connect with your Divine Life Purpose.
