Holding space to facilitate healing takes heart, soul and energy. It's a lot of giving which is done from a place of love. It is taking time so others can relax, heal, gain clarity and restore. 

Well, Healers need healing too. We must be at our best so we can best serve others. We must practice what we teach and nourish our selves as well.

Many healers get drained because they are on constant giving mode, some even get attached to this. We must take time often to unplug, rest, relax and recharge. We need time for our own personal healing and well being. 

Whether you're a Therapist, a Social Worker, a Nurse, MD, PSW and so many other givers, take this time for you. Enjoy a week-end getaway. Take time for yoga, walks in nature, a soak in the hot tub, meditation, time to read, journal, reflect, enjoy some group sessions, nourishing meals prepared for you and one massage session. 

Cost is $400 which includes nourishing, fresh meals, lodging, yoga, group sessions and one wellness treatment. We need a minimum of five students and a maximum of ten to offer this retreat.
