Join Stacey L.A. Sinclair for a pop up yoga flow class that is good for all levels. Rising Sun will play his Handpans and create a melodic ambiance for us all. We will close with a short meditation at the end. Please bring your yoga mat and anything else you need for your practice. Suggested fee is $15 for early bird and $20 at the door.
