Yoga Week-end Immersion

Join, Justine Hoang (E-RYT 500), also known as Anjali Om and Stacey L.A. Sinclair RMT & Hatha Yoga Teacher, as they guide you, immerse you in a week-end of yoga.

Justine has been studying extensively with Sri Dharma Mittra for the past ten years, completing the 500-hour and 800-hour advanced teacher certification programs with him and acting as his teaching assistant at several prominent yoga festivals. She teaches locally and often teaches in the US and Europe. Her knowledge of Dharma Yoga is complemented by her training accreditations in a number of other yoga lineages, including Ashtanga Yoga, Acro Yoga Montreal, and Akhanda Yoga.

Stacey has been teaching yoga for over eight years. For the past several years she has been traveling to India to gather her teachings from Gurumatha Amma. She is very passionate about yoga and wellness. Stacey has been sharing massage for fifteen years, many healing modalities, nutrition and recently music and brings all of that into her teachings. She teaches locally and abroad, offering classes, workshops, retreats and public speaking.  

Come explore all the branches in yoga and touch on the many benefits of yoga. Enjoy a week-end of poses (asana), meditation (dhyana), hand placements (mudra), breath work (pranayama), learn about yama and niyama and how to be mindful. 

In a time when many are stressed, anxious, tired, in pain, scattered without focus, yoga can help. Yoga, practiced regularly will help your range of motion, flexibility, strength, instil a feeling of peacefulness, calmness and clarity.

Yoga can ease pain and anxiety. It can increase your energy and vitality and the list goes on, bottom line, it's great for you. The more you connect with yoga, the more you'll find time for it as you'll see the benefits that come with your practice. 

Enjoy a full schedule that lets you dive into yoga as well as time to play, relax and reflect. Enjoy connecting through music and movement with singing (kirtan) and dancing under the stars around a bon fire. Take time to explore and connect with nature and be nurtured with flavourful and healthy meals, snacks and beverages.

Early Bird Price is $400 which includes accommodations, meals and all activities. Please register by June 1, 2018. We need a minimum of five and a maximum of ten to offer this retreat.
